• Prioritisation of user needs throughout the project lifecycle, including investigating how new technology and automation could be utilised to improve processes

Terminal 2 Programme | PMO @ Heathrow Airport

Terminal 2 construction project at Heathrow Airport (Jul 2011 – Jul 2014)

• Collaborating across project teams to map out the customer journey and complete delivery of testing for individual elements of the terminal operations. Making sure test were regularly reviewed to secure maximum coverage
• Tracked, logged, and reported defects using in-house management tools similar to Jira tickets
• Managing relationships with external & internal stakeholders through change and uncertainty, working closely with the design & development team, ensuring communication took place early and often so benefits and concerns were fully recognised
