When I make an order and create an account in Magento 2, the design does not show in the account page.

Looks like PDFs upload when you drag them to the uploader but when you click "Upload File" icon the PDFs are not allowed to be selected

After update, printing techniques are not displayed after selecting a template.

When I go to edit a previously designed template I get the following error message:

UPDATE - Can now add them but For some reason I cannot delete any created printing techniques

It would be great to be able to add am image to "Options Set". For instance, I would like to show an image of how holes are punched into the banner design.

Banner Hole Options:

• 4 holes on corners (Image that expands to model window when clicked)
• 6 holes (Corners, Top Bottom - image)
• 2 holes on top (Image...)

I also have a product that has option for a Lawn Stake holder and would like to show image.

• Also need to make the thumbnail image on Printing techniques expand to larger model window

There are so many bugs in the new version the builder is almost unusable. I don't even know where to begin.

When you select a template you cannot checkout. This is with all selected templates.

The system is also freezes and if it loads it takes way too long

I have created 2 printing techniques for a product and neither of them have an effect on the price. When I update the pricing matrix in backend I get attached error.

I am now using the Canva Theme but theme does not checkout with Printing techniques and does not connect to cart.

When you go to select a font, the font tab stays open and the user cannot select font options. Please fix this thank you

When we create a template, then enable it, after someone selects the template and purchases it, it disappears from the template library and is not available anymore!!

This needs to be addressed ASAP please!

My products are showing on my M2 store but since update they are not displaying on the PDP side of things

Is there a way to select product, then select a template, and have that template be placed into the currently selected product?

Right now, you select the product, then choose a template and the product changes to that template.

Need to please make the first printing technique as selected so when there is only one printing technique the user does not have to select it.

In Google Pagespeed Insights, the PDP builder is loading very slowly and has many issues that need to be addressed. When assessing other builders, speed of load time is a big deal and quite possible the #1 concern in order to keep the user. Below is the report from Google and what needs to be addressed:

I have worked on other Angular apps before and typically the files are combined and minified via Gulp workflow. Are you not using this method?

Product Options not displaying after update 2.1 in Canva theme

I added a Guide for a product. How does the user see or download them?

Create button to copy front design to back of design. Is this already a feature?

I have added https:// to my store but when PDP is in https, products will not add to cart

When in SSH I type : php bin/magento setup:di:compile

Then I get message: Fatal error: Interface 'PDP\Integration\Api\data\ProductOptionValueInterface' not found in /home/online/public_html/alltype/app/code/PDP/Integration/Model/ProductOptionValue.php on line 11

I have a 20% increase for option to cut design to shape. I have "Price Type" = Percent but in check out options it is adding exact dollar value of $20 instead of a percent

There is a big difference between your demo version and my version with Zoom level and ability.

The version on your demo the canvas is much larger than my version. How do I change this?

When I create a printing technique that is as follows in SS, the price reduces as you add quantity. This works fine but I need to add a "base price" so that a price shows instead of $0. If I add this base price it actually adds to the pricing matrix. I would need to a a negative number for this to happen but it does not work...

PDP is broken on update. Canvas not present - many other issues

When I click on "Change Product" it brings you to the template page. This is confusing to the user.

Please have this land on the product selections

For this product I have added pricing matrix for second side. When selecting the printing technique it does not add the price.

On signs.com there is link at top of page to view past designs. User can see designs without having to login.

I know this is possible with PDP because old designs show on previously designed products.

Could this be show in a list or pop-up?

When you select template I am unable to checkout

Just upgraded to 2.0.0.6 and the frontend is not loading. I am getting the following error in console:

Since update we do not see button to add background. Has this moved?

I have a product with only 1 printing technique. If I add 2 printing techniques they both show. If I only add one it does not show.

I have 10 products with 10 different printing techniques. Being able to duplicate the printing technique would be a very huge time saver!!

Please attempt to checkout here and you will see there is error on checkout. Products are not connecting to store still.

There needs to be a save button added to the top of the Printing Techniques admin page. I have 100s of printing techniques and I have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to save. This makes it very hard to use and wastes much time.

Also, the printing technique matrix needs to expand/colapse into a title so it reduced scrolling and organizes them better.

I see this works for if product has base cost. But if product has $0 base cost and cost is based on Printing Technique then percentage does not calculate. See test product here:

I set "Cut to Shape" to 20%

In admin of Magento 2 store, we go to orders and attempt to download the zip of the order. (The most important step of all this...) - We get error message of 404 error. Attached screenshot:

I have updated the Gateway but I am unable to get products to upload to Magento Store.

When we upload a PDF to the design area it says that it is an unsupported file type

The image handles are set-up make this very difficult for the user to resize shapes.

Can this be changed so there is a handle on all sides and all corners.

Template and product images are not showing on update

Trying to push products to my connect store and it is not working again.

I was forced to change my password for the store but I updated this in the Admin of PDP.

Now product push is broken

Very much need to add the ability to assign size to a page that is "custom size" rather than an exact size. Then the user can enter in the exact size and choose a printing technique that prices the square footage properly.

We will have various products that will need to be entered as a custom size and that are priced differently per square foot.

I have one product that does connect to the Magento 2 store and I am able to checkout. The rest and all new products for some reason I cannot connect. This is listed in separate ticket. For the one item that does allow for checkout, the finished design does not show in cart, only broken image link. Image attached.

Pattern Text effect broken in Canva Theme

BIG ISSUE - Just entered 100+ printing techniques, clicked save, and now they are all gone.

I need help big time here because this has taken me many days to complete

The completed design now does not show on checkout.

Can you please have it show in place of the product image. Confusing for the customer.
