Awesome package! It's time to release stable 1.0.0 :))

Please use stable minimum-stability for this package and ferno/loco to avoid incorrect composer installation like as:

"madkom/nginx-configurator": "dev-master#19eb02251fb2ae82c92375d039272cbf257f3137 as 1.0.0",
"ferno/loco": "dev-master#75743fe as 1.0.0"

I try to search your github repo for "addServerNode" i also only get example page. Also example $builder->appendServerNode($defaultServer); is not found, except in examples.

Maybe you know what is with that? Or how to fix this?
