It is a blockchain based WebApp, Currently on GEORLI ETH Testnet. Here you can tweet your views and to get verify on Twitter 3.0 you have to mint your profile image on blockchain using georli ETH. After mint you will earn a blue tick batch and your profile photo will be converted into hexagonal shape.
