We agreed that some sort of 'knowledge-base' or 'guidebook' would be broadly useful to encourage MaaS development.

• set up collaborative environment to author the MaaS Guide

The MaaS Guide needs images and diagrams. Add an overview diagram to the introduction, so readers can see the scope of the guide/ecosystem.

Add a section with an example user journey, including a diagram of the supporting MaaS architecture. This user journey should be based on the one we developed at the meeting in Brussels, so that we can complete the chapter promptly. Further refinements can be made at a later time.

The MaaS Guide currently consists only of text. It would be nice to include relevant diagrams and illustrative photographs to some of the sections.

• incorporate diagrams into relevant chapter(S)
• find open-source stock photos to include in some chapters

Now that we have a workspace (Gitbook), lets write the initial draft of the MaaS Guide.

• create initial structure for MaaS Guide
• write initial chapters, organized by stakeholder
• publish work-in-progress chapters, so people can see incremental changes as they occur

The MaaS Guide is now ready for an initial round of peer review. This will help encourage that the guide is readable and useful to as many stakeholders as possible.
