mission64-data's Issues

Assistance

Hey, we've talked before. I'd really like to help contribute to this project. I've been making a few of the multiplayer maps as a way of getting myself used to the Hammer editor and I think I've got the hang of it now.
I've ported all of the multiplayer maps, I've uploaded them here: https://github.com/Joca64/Q2N64---PC/tree/master/MP%20maps
They are missing a couple of things though, I don't really know how to extract the custom textures and use them with Hammer, so the levels are untextured. If you could make a quick guide on how to do that, I would probably be able to help a lot more.
Since I don't have any textures, I haven't really been able to include any lightwork either.
The maps are also a faithful port, I know you're adding extra details and decoration, but those haven't been added yet either.
Finally, Q2N64 multiplayer has a single entity that cycles through all the different power ups, I've simply put a Quad damage in its place, since that custom behavior is not present in Q2 PC.
Anyway, if I can be of any assistance, just let me know. If you happen to want to use my maps on your project, as is or modified in some way, feel free to use them.

Edit: I have now completed all 10 multiplayer maps. Twists also includes the singleplayer portion accessible with the extra password.

3 armor shards missing on U1M2

You forgot to add 3 armor shards to the left of the lift after dropping from the pipe.
Also, great job on nailing the look of the original. I had recently started doing the same thing and ended up remaking the first 4 maps with QuArK, but your version looks much nicer. You can find my maps here: https://www.quaddicted.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=422

I'm not a pro mapper or anything, only ever used the QuArK editor, but if you think I could be of some assistance give me a shout.

Keep up the good work.

Anti-Gravity Save Issue

When you save after deactivating the gravity on Orbital Defense, the gravity is back to normal when you reload the save.
