This is a repository to recreate simulations plots for the manuscript “Purging due to self-fertilization does not prevent accumulation of expansion load”. Sequence data is stored at NCBI SRA as described in the paper.

Additional output is available on zenodo: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7464602. Those files go into ./output/sims.

There are intermediate files for all the plots, as output from various scripts hosted here. This allows to recreate the plots without rerunning slim, etc. Should there be missing input files or any other problems please feel free to open an issue.

All figures can be reproduced using the provided scripts and supplementary data.
