lxqt-release-foo's Issues

Don't create a automatic changelogs within the release process

Expected Behavior

The Changelog should be done before a release

Current Behavior

We generate it dynamically - with our now working weblate the changelog will be more or less BS

Possible Solution

Create Changelogs manually with meaningful entries

Context

90% of the changelog would be translation notices - not really helpful

System Information
  • Version: current release foo

Add foo for lxqt-archiver

Expected Behavior

We should have a release script for lxqt-archiver

Current Behavior

lxqt-archiver isn't in the list

New script to create a full checkout and do translation updates

Expected Behavior

It's nice to update translations with lxqt-transupdate, but for string release purposes it would be better to checkout clean, do the string update magic and push all changes after checking them

Current Behavior

manual updates repo by repo

Possible Solution

write a wrapper around lxqt-transupdate
