Create CloudWatch Logs Agent Addon

It'd be nice to be able to move all my logs to CloudWatch Logs in the event that there's a catastrophic failure, I'll be able to see what was going on. Additionally, I've recently hard a cert expire that took some time to figure out. My fault for not checking my emails about it expiring, but none the less, it'd be nice to have a central place to see the logs without having to log in to Home Assistant to view them.
