H5PFontAwesome4 is used in image-multiple-hotspot-question.css#L80, but library.json doesn't specify it as a dependency, this results in the icons not showing.

Suggested fix for library.json:

It doesn't seem to save the score for partially completed activities - e.g. teachers need to know if a student only found 2 out of 6 hotspots, and which 2 ideally

1. Many users don't like it when their site requests resources from an external site, i.e. the h5p.svg in image-multiple-hotspot-question.css#L32
   It would be best to just include the SVG file in the content type.

2. The external resource forces the HTTP protocol generating warnings like these in the browser:

jquery.js:4 Mixed Content: The page at '...' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image 'http://h5p.org/sites/all/themes/professional_themec/images/h5p.svg'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.
