The Github API has a rate limit of 60 requests per hour for unauthenticated requests and 5000 requests per hour for authenticated requests. This site is using unauthenticated requests, since it is publicly hosted and forking is encouraged.

Currently, there is no caching in place, so if you bounce around and refresh 60 times, you're fresh out.

Plan of attack:

• Caché and Models: Don't waste data that's already been requested! Currently, it requests all of the commits for a repo, then re-requests a commit whose data has already been accessed when you choose a commit to read.
• Ask people to login if they want updates in the event they've run out of unauthenticated requests.
