Breast Cancer Probability Prediction

Objective

The main goal of this project is to provide a probability of how possible it is to have breast cancer based on the texture mean and the radius mean. This model is trained on 570 cases and aims to assist in preliminary assessments and educational purposes.

How to Use

To use this project, follow these steps:

  1. Install Python: Ensure that Python is installed on your system. If not, download and install it from python.org.
  2. Clone the Repository: Download or clone this project repository to your local machine.
  3. Install Required Libraries: Open your terminal or command prompt, navigate to the project directory, and install the required libraries by running:

pip install numpy pandas matplotlib scikit-learn jupyter

  1. Launch Jupyter Notebook: In the project directory, launch Jupyter Notebook by running:

jupyter notebook

  1. Open the Project Notebook: In the Jupyter Notebook interface, navigate to and open the project.ipynb file.
  2. Provide Data: Enter the texture mean and radius mean as instructed within the notebook.
  3. Run the Notebook: Execute the cells in the notebook to see the probability prediction for each case.
