How to exclude some experiments/accessions by keywords? 

Hello!

Your library is very useful, but documentation (as it seems to me) is incomplete at least. I have some problems with practical implementation of your library:
  1. How to filter out some accessions/experiments by description? E.g. K562 line in Encode has A LOT (a few hundred) of experiments that are made with modified cell line. I'd like to exclude them by keywords (it can be that a few keywords will be required). The example of that kind of experiment is https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR028WJI/ Right now I cannot force experiment() function to exclude experiments by keyword "modified" in "Biosample summary" field. And biosample() provide dataframe without summary field.
  2. It would be very cool to have built-in function to rename downloaded file from Encode accessions-style to human-friendly like K562.H3K4me3.Encode3.GRCh38.bigWig or something similar.
