When downloading reports into Excel, erroneous data is constantly generated. How to fix it? Instead of information from the log, the Excel report provides some data that duplicates each other many times. At the same time, by deleting copies of these records, we ultimately do not receive the correct data. For example, a client has 9000 entries in the failure log. When generating the report, we get 10,500 records. We remove duplicates and our report shows us only 900 records. Where are the other 8,000 entries?
