DELIMITER syntax

The MySQL/MariaDB create procedure/function seems not to be supported.

DROP Procedure IF EXISTS `add`;
DELIMITER $$
CREATE /* DEFINER=`minidwh`@`localhost` */ PROCEDURE `add`(IN `a` INT, IN `b` INT, OUT `result` INT)
BEGIN
set result = a + b;
END$$
DELIMITER ;

is formatted as

DROP Procedure IF EXISTS `add`;


DELIMITER $$CREATE
/* DEFINER=`minidwh`@`localhost` */
PROCEDURE `add`(IN `a` INT, IN `b` INT, OUT `result` INT) BEGIN
set
  result = a + b;


END $$DELIMITER;

Support overwritten SQL-Formatter editor options from .sql-formatterrc file in workspace root

Add in root of the workingdirectory a file name .sql-formatterrc to overwrite editor options (such us prettier):

  "sql-formatter.dialect" : "sql"
  "sql-formatter.uppercase": true
  "sql-formatter.linesBetweenQueries" : 2
}

It will be awesome to switch from projects with different format rules very quickly. 😄

Bug: doesn't respect indentation size set in editor, and no option to set indentation size

In my settings.json file, I have:

{
    "[sql]": {
        "editor.defaultFormatter": "lea21st.vscode-sql-formatter",
        "editor.tabSize": 4,
        "editor.insertSpaces": true
    }
}

However, it still indents with 2 spaces.
