See this issue microsoft/TypeScript#4987 and this PR microsoft/TypeScript#5450

But this plugin uses require to import tsconfig, which rejects comments(as standard json does not support comments).

Error message:

Test suite failed to run

SyntaxError: .../tsconfig.json: Unexpected token / in JSON at position 208
at JSON.parse ()

I'd like to be able to specify a different tsconfig file; currently it will always read from the tsconfig.json located at the root directory of the project.

Snapshots got updated to undefined.

Please do not lock the typescript version.

I'm receiving an error if I run tests using typescript-babel-jest from a parent folder with the --projects option.

Project structure

project
└───subfoler
│   │   package.json
│   │   tsconfig.json
│   │
│   └───src
│       │   file.ts
│       │   file.test.ts
│       │   ...
 ...

I stand in project and run jest --watch --projects subfolder.
package.json in subfolder contains jest and babel config.

The problems seems to bee that babel tries to pickup configuration from the project folder. If I copy the babel config to a package.json file in project and rerun with --no-cache it works as intended.

There seems to be an issue with source maps. If I try to track coverage in Typescript files I get hits and misses on strange lines.

First of all nice work on this. I get the usual react and prop type warnings though when using it, as if console.warn was not mocked by default.
