Design, implementation and demonstration of a database solution to manage "311 Incidents" data openly published by the city of Chicago, IL. Access to a database through a web application is being provided. Residents of Chicago, may dial 311 to report incidents that affect their every day life in the city. Reports are used by the city to offer recovery, sanitation and municipal services to the public. The database is populated by data available at: https://www.kaggle.com/chicago/chicago-311-service-requests.
