Suggest feature: Allow changing output bitrate to any value.

Even though Facebook nuked its ability to upload video with source quality, I still use the app as a quick and simple way to reduce bitrate of video for ease of transfer and preview file, while not sacrifice much on video quality.

It's just that sometimes 1800kbps is not enough, especially for action games.

Currently, videos only survive for ~1 day (with exception that I can't figure out yet) before being downgraded to 30fps.

Still figuring out root cause, please download the new version manually for now.

Yes, Facebook broke the thing, both File Size mode and Quality mode.

This causes loss in quality, which is undesirable.

Fixed by adding -cq flag (which makes it CQ + Bitrate Limit)
