[BUG] yaml里有两个事件命名冲突
如图，是否是yaml中命名有重复了。
重新连接有问题！
只要调试暂停或者断网一下就会出现下面的问题

[bug] 消息事件 Quote 字段缺失了一个属性
缺失了rong_id这个属性，表示回复的是哪一条消息。
