bug: Some of the icons in docs are not visible

Hello,
When going through docs I noticed that some of the icons are not visible in windows 10, would be nice to change them to universal icons that would work on all systems.

Describe the bug

Some of the icons in docs are not visible in windows 10.

Expected behavior

If there should be icon, than it should be visible on al systems

bug: no fallback docs link on unsupported language

What problem did you meet?

I am trying to add a new language(Korean) to Logto application (logto-io/logto#1677). If I click the Docs from the sidebar in the admin console, it will open new page which is https://docs.logto.io/ko-kr. Then I will see the below image.

Describe what you'd like Logto to have

If there is no translation for that language, it should be a fallback to English for the developer.
