Fix the pwd used in programHandler.c for the dataTrail/outputLogger.h file function calls

Create log that appends and another that saves last run.

Currently setup file only works for me because of path. Also need to change it so it runs on bash so need add that also.

Change how Input is taken and basically stay TM Start Python and ask for the name instead of passing name and just use fgets() so that way functionality is better and can get away with a more cleaner input layout and down road change it

Current Template is dumb and that just needs to be moved somewhere else.

Start working on test Scripts.

I dont know what I am doing but am trying a few different things. Will need to really sit down and create a better plan.

Add Ability to run normal commands from other terminals or special features via like TM --special 'ls -l' etc...

Lots of bugs found from FlawFinder. Try and fix one a day or at least a few a week.
