This change kolmafia/kolmafia#344 broke ChIT's active effects block.

The reason why is detailed in https://kolmafia.us/threads/charpane-effect-decoration-has-a-new-bug.26962/

As a result versions of KoLmafia >= 26000 have an empty effects block in ChIT.

Context

After updating mafia from KoLmafia-25935 to KoLmafia-26001, the effects list has stopped displaying anything. I then updated ChIT to the latest version + restarted mafia and my browser, but the issue persisted.

Behavior

In ChIT, the retro superhero cape appears as a broken image. The problem goes away if I edit my copy of chit_brickGear.ash so that the image names in retroHeroToIcon() each start with lowercase r instead of uppercase R.
