Move EPICS parameters such as PV names to sirius_parameters repository. This repository should contain Sirius lattice definitions and related parameters, referreing to sirius_parameters when necessary.

Excitation curves are currently in the sirius repository base directory and are not installed by setup.py.

Instructions could be presented as examples in IPython notebooks.

Modify record_names so that it lists actual HLA record_names: SIDI-BPM-01M2.X instead of SIDI-BPM-01M2. VACA which imports record_names from SIRIUS will have to be modified too.

Add family, magnet and power supply mappings.

I don't think it is a good idea to export the family_data dictionary. Instead, it would be better to export the function get_family_data, because sometimes we change the number of elements of the accelerator, for example when we insert ids in the model, which will break the information in the dictionary, created when the module is imported.

This way the BO and SI models of the VA server can share the same get_pv and set_pv methods.
Another option is to generalize get_pv and set_pv in VA so that it checks how correctors are being modeled...

this is specially useful for transport lines where many different optical modes are defined.

How can we get the girder information of the accelerator?

I thought we could have markers in the lattice delimiting the beginning and end of each girder (like in AT) and a function which reads the lattice and returns a dictionary with the girder names (e.g. '001','002' and so on) as keys and lists of indices of each girder as values.

What do @xresende , @afonsoharuo and @LuanaVilela think about it?

I don't know exactly where to define this function, though.
