Post-Quantum Encryption Proposal:

1. The Problem is that Quantum Computers are forcing upgrades to Encryption Standards

2. Upgrading is complicated from code and hardware integration

3. There are currently significant serious problems with the current Whole Wallet Encryption that needs upgraded at the same time

4. The main problem is that Whole Wallet Encryption is easily by-passed if a PK is broken, Whole Wallet Encryption only protects against "Hot Wallets", the second problem is that AES is very bad Encryption standard to use

Describe the solution you'd like

I came up with a perfect idea to Soft-Fork Bitcoin into PQ-E without a Hard-Forking the Private Key or Hashing Algo, by tieing the Bitcoin Address Private Key Hard-Coded to the Whole-Wallet Encryption, wheras currently the Whole-wallet encryption is not tied to the Private Key and is easily By-Passed if Quantum Computers Hack a Private Key

1. Hard-Code the Whole-Wallet Encryption to Protect all Private Keys held by a Wallet instead of the current form only protecting "Hot Wallets"

2. Upgrade the Whole-Wallet Encryption to Post-Quantum Falcon-1024 Bit Encryption

3. This is the perfect way to soft-fork PQ-E by first upgrading the Whole-Wallet Encryption while at the same time fixing the Gap in it's current form

4. If Hard-Coded with a Whole-Wallet PQ-E Algo even a BROKEN Private Key will not be Spendable from the wallet unless the Whole-Wallet PQ-E approves

I have brainstormed the intricacies of upgrading the Private Key system and Hash Algo for Bitcoin

Additional context

This is a unique and strategic way to upgrade Bitcoin and protect against threat actors First Strike against Bitcoin

However Older Cold Wallets that cannot upgrade to PQ-E Whole-Wallet Encryption is still at risk of being hacked and crashing Bitcoin for a period, but this soft-fix makes the Network retain First Mover Dominance

Economists even today ponder whether the numeric value of a stock's price is "efficient"- in other words, it accurately captures the underlying fundamentals in such a way that makes the price unique to only a company, having those growth and value fundamentals.

Although not disproven, the answer is likely NO: There are many different companies having different financial conditions of either atrophy or growth which could land upon the same price.

However, when redirecting this question toward the stateful capture of a networks configurations, the answer could more closely be YES!

Allow me to explain: if every NODE or STAKE which visits a network is instead replaced by the TOKEN it processes, and these tokens are then represented by unique numbers, such as PRIME NUMBERS, then - along with a time stamp - the concatenation of their ON or OFF presence in a truth table or BITFIELD having all possible configurations- would ALWAYS generate a unique number which represented the correct configuration of the network (across SPACE & TIME)

There is one page on website that lists vendors accepting litecoin. I was delighted to see that page. I next began going to each vendor. That's when my delight changed to disappointment. The links were sour in a variety of ways: did not accept LTC any longer, did not publicily display an accept ltc logo, questionable quality of site. I contacted one vendor who told me that only BTC could be used as they had a problem accepting LTC because of an issue with the payment provider. I thought Overstock accepted LTC. It's not listed. As LTC is different from BTC in that it can/should be used for small, everyday purchases, I'd like more care taken of this particular page. I had to check myself as I left feeling my perception of LTC changed despite the fact that I know we're still at adopter stage. Tap a PR person on how that page can be remodeled to get community support for submissions of vendors accepting LTC, help vendors with content on that page as to payment providers, provide incentives to merchants or providers to accept LTC, delete the vendors that are no longer accepting LTC. Just sharing thoughts that ran through my mind during my visit there. I'm sure someone else has better or other ideas. Goal: Don't cause a site visitor to change their perception following a visit to this important and informative page.
