This is a short introduction into my work in the world of GIS and Remote Sensing.
I'm Lisa, 31 years old and after doing my Bachelors in Environmental Sciences at the Leuphana University I went and did my Masters at Trier University in Geoinformatics. Now I'm living in Munich and work as a GIS-Expert and GIS-App-Developer at a Environmental Consulting company. My focus is on GIS analysis, data transformation and 3D visualization.

I like to automate tasks that are recurring and transform data into a format that is useful for the given task. So some fun small side projects:
- Before it was possible to bulk save symbologies in ArcGIS Pro from a map to a style (has finally been implemented in ArcGIS Pro 3.2), I wrote a little python toolbox to export the style of the map myself. This was fun use of the python packages sqlite3 and json and needed some digging in the format of how styles are saved in ArcGIS Pro
- For the visualization of a drone path (animation of ArcGIS Pro Scene) I needed a possibility to automatically generate a bunch of keyframes. Therefore I used the ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET and created a small Add-In for ArcGIS Pro using C#. The Add-In proved useful as it was also used for the visualisation of a drive-through of a planned tree-lined road
- I'm a big fan of Excel and like to create fun little helper tables, when it comes to different tasks (reformatting work timetables, etc.)
