on first opening of webpage apear a error message saing that the configuration file "/config/.audacity-data/audacity.cfg" could not be acessed

Current Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

created folowing the portainer app template with raspberry pi 4 2gb,using external hd to store config folder
tried to change PUID and PGID to 1000 after the default not worked,removed the config folder after first try

Environment

OS: raspibian
CPU architecture: arm32,raspberry pi 4
How docker service was installed:

Expected Behavior

Import/Export should be working with external libraries (FFmpeg and LAME MP3).

Current Behavior

When you try to import audio from a video file (in my case .mkv) it throws the following error: "Audacity did not recognize the type of the file 'foo.mkv'. Try installing FFmpeg."

Steps to Reproduce

1. File -> Import -> Audio -> Open
2. Throws the error mentioned above
3. Edit -> Preferences -> Libraries
4. No libraries detected (I don't know how to find them. Before the last update everything was working without additional setup/adjustments.)

Environment

OS: DSM 6.2.4-25556 (Synology DS918+)
CPU architecture: Linux x86_64
How docker service was installed: From the official Docker repo.
