default-settings's Issues

[Request] Taking care of iwlwifi.conf properly.

Description of request

Please take care of iwlwifi.conf under /etc/modprobe.d/ properly before stable release of v20. In the current status, everybody has to change something in it or remove/rename it completely to get rid of those parameters. There is no need to change default values only because some people may encounter problems. Let those people configure it themselves according to their own needs instead of affecting the rest of the userbase in a bad way. This is an issue with Deepin while there is no problem with other Linux distributions and people face issues. This is important because the current approach makes trouble for so many Intel owners while solving a problem for very few people.

11n_disable=1 > There is no need to disable N. People can't connect to N-only networks and face a slow wifi connection. People generally remove this or change it to 8. There is no need to affect all Intel network adapter owners while rescuing a handful of people.
bt_coex_active=0 > Default behavior is active. Again, there is no need to rescue a handful of people. People who encounter problems can add the parameter themselves.
power_save=0 > Default behavior is disabled also. There is nothing to say about this one. Is it actually needed?
swcrypto=1 > Default behavior is disabled. Recommended to activate in some cases.

Expected behavior

Like in other distributions, Intel owners should achieve a problem-free network experience. People who face issues must visit https://wiki.debian.org/iwlwifi or forums and find their solution, such as:
