More custom style?

Should we have a more proactively designed style for the website? What should that style be?

I personally think that the current style is OK but could be better. For me, whatever we do the design should be minimal to aid the clarity of the content.

homepage says "Xi Zulip"

The homepage of linebender.org points to the "Xi Zulip" instance

Are the <head> tags in base.html correct?

I've copied over the tags from the minima theme, and it was raised in the review for #10 that some of them might not be used correctly. This issues is to track checking them.

Be more specific with licensing

This feels slightly off to me; in particular, what counts as code? Like, is it content in code blocks - what happens if someone moves some content between code blocks and not in a code block?

I think the simplest solution might be to just dual-license everything as both/either CC-BY and Apache, unless anyone else has a better suggestion. Whatever the final scheme is, we should probably describe it in a README of this repo.
