this a very simple idea just has functionilty to increment and decrement and clear

1- able to increment, decrement , reset
1- make the number saved in the browser even you close the tab you will back and see the number like you left with it's color by (localStorage)
2-make dark and light mode for the page and make it also saved by local storage
