I test the installation on GKE of the project following readme instructions.
During "make setup" operation, I got a failure at step: "ERROR [release 2/4] RUN apk add --no-cache ca-certificates" because of the error:
#6 0.314 ERROR: unable to select packages:
#6 0.315 ca-certificates (no such package):
#6 0.315 required by: world[ca-certificates]

It seems to happen when building containers, and more specifically the one starting with this image:
CANCELED [builder 1/5] FROM docker.io/library/golang:1.14-alpine@sha256:

how can I solve this?

I have followed the instructions in the README - running kubernetes on docker-desktop and sending traces to LightStep. I'm not running the default load-generator - rather, I'm pinging the frontend URL once every second. I'm able to view the traces but they are broken. I have attached a screenshot of a trace snippet - the server spans for services other than frontend are marked as missing. Since nearly all the example traces I have looked at have some missing spans, I believe that this is a systematic problem. Is this a known issue and if so, does a fix for this already exist?

Hello, this demo is attractive. It provides complete tracing code, and the Google's demo does not have this.
I want to deploy it in my Kubernetes, is there any way to get the image of this demo?
