Enable C5 fetching to provide "slim" annotations
GO slims (GO subsets) are cut-down versions of the GO containing a subset of the terms. They are specified by tags within the ontology that indicate if a given term is a member of a particular subset.
Note: we first need to add the GO:IDs for the C5 genesets before we can use the slim OBO file (see Issue #1).
Get the GO identifiers into the data
Unfortunately, when we use the data provided by msigdbr as a data source, the Gene Ontology identifiers (eg, GO:0000902) are not included anywhere in the tidy'd data for the C5 collection.
These are handy ... especially for slimming.
