• Create database.yml
• Create s3.yml
• Update app/models/spree/image_decorator.rb with the proper bucket name
• $ bundle install
• $ rake db:bootstrap
• from console: rt = Spree::RelationType.create(:name => "cross_sells", :applies_to => "Spree::Product")
• start server
