Great work on this, just starting to have a go with it. Noticed that 
apostrophes surrounding email addresses (e.g. '[email protected]') do not parse 
ok. Is this expected?

EmailAddress2.getInternetAddress("\'[email protected]\'").getAddress()

Expected valid InternetAddress object, instead got null. Outlook happens to put 
addresses in apostrophes like this (annoying I know), and I can just strip them 
before parsing, but worried about removing valid apostrophes in names, e.g. 
D'[email protected]

This code was born to be tested. I'd do it myself if the project hadn't grown 
like fungus; it will take ages now. Wouldn't even know where to begin with all 
the RFC's floating around :)
