Melhorar o monitoramento de questões no BD em tempo real

Problema: O evento "value" da api do Firebase, atualmente sendo utilizado pela aplicação, ler todos as questões de uma sala no BD sempre que esta é atualizada (Ex.: uma nova pergunta é adicionada).

Solução: Utilizar outros eventos da api do Firebase (Ex.: "child_added") para monitorar as questões no BD e melhorar a eficiência da aplicação, recuperando somente as questões novas ou atualizadas.
