func-flow's Issues

requirements.txt needs updating

I'm a Python beginner, but I struggled to install all of the dependencies in requirements.txt. I resorted to stripping all of the version numbers in requirements.txt and then adding version constraints as directed by pip. I'm guessing that is not the best approach, but I was able to successfully run main.py after taking that approach. By successful, I mean that it ran without errors based on my arbitrary selections at the prompts, but I haven't looked at any outputs yet.

Describe the bug

Run option 9 with this file. This produces the error in the title.

To Reproduce

  1. Use attached file
  2. Click on 9
  3. Use default

Expected behavior

It should be able to run this uploaded file without issues. But it throws an error, due to null checks.

test1.txt

Wet_BFL_Dur is the same as Wet_Tim_Water Metric on https://eflows.ucdavis.edu/profile

Describe the bug
When I run the functional flows calculator via the https://eflows.ucdavis.edu/profile page and I download the "Annual Flow Result" the resulting .csv file includes the same data for both the Wet_BFL_Dur and the Wet_Tim_Water metrics. In comparing with the python version, I believe that Wet_Tim_Water is correct, meaning the Wet_BFL_Dur data is missing

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://eflows.ucdavis.edu/profile
  2. Download the sample data (https://s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/funcflow/resources/sample.csv)
  3. Click on 'Pick a File' and upload the sample data
  4. Add a name
  5. Click on the "Upload" button
  6. In the result area, download the "Annual Flow Result
  7. Open in excel

Expected behavior
I expect the data to be different for the Wet_BFL_Dur and the Wet_Tim_Water metrics.
