Following the exact instructions I run into the following error when trying to connect my cf account: Account ID or API Token are not valid. Check your Account ID is correct and API Token has permissions to Edit Workers

Describe the bug
Once deployed, the application shows example.com as the email domain with no option to change.

To Reproduce

1. Deploy the application
2. Access the domain and see email domain option being grayed out

Expected behavior
See actual email domain options

Actual behavior
It shows @ example.com

Attempting to deploy this, going through each step, but something seems to fail trying to create the Github Actions / deployment, as nothing is actually created in my forked repo (even though I enabled actions). I get to final step on Cloudflare Worker deploy page and it just says "initializing" then "error" with no other details.

Does latest version work for anyone else?

The provided deploy.yml fails to deploy because the name isn't defined - or the documentation isn't present telling the user how to configure the deploy.yml.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior. This is mandatory if you expect someone to fix the problem. Example:

1. Click deploy to workers
2. The wizard doesn't run a deploy
3. Manually execute deploy.yml
4. Deploy fails
   Expected behavior
   The deploy.yml to not fail during builds

Actual behavior
Either a "project name not defined" build error or when that field is manually named a "this project does not exist" error
