handling of the csv module

currently project specific functions are mixed in with non project specifc instructions so should be seperated into 2 classes with inheritane to make much more readable

constants are constant and need to be changed to be defineed in a .json or simmilar

Ratings centerd to 0 when edited

after a rating has been edited it is reset to 0 and then edited from there by the looks of it
