angular-cli-ghpages does not work 100%

When running ghpages ng deploy does not work. When using:

ng run LNUCalc:deploy --base-href=/LNUCalc/

The reference to the folder /LNUCalc/ is not correct and so the bundles don't work.
It is fixed if I change the source of the bundles manually adding the folder.
