The chaosmod stopped working cuz something doesn't exist anymore

Mod won't start

I downloaded the Chaos master file from the main page and put the files into my main GTA IV directory (after installing the complete edition loader and script hook) and it wont start up.
I tried going to the releases page and downloading the V1.4 file and having only the files from that folder in my main directory and it didn't work.
I then tried having both the files from the "ChaosIV-master" folder and "ChaosIV" folder into my main directory and that didn't work either. What am I doing wrong?

I am on version 1.2.0.43 of complete edition

xbox series s controller doesnt let me move camera with this mod activated. have to use k&m.

Breaking doors causes Access Violation

Is this mod dead?

Loading a save or making a new game in Complete Edition crashes the game

Would like if anyone else who has Complete Edition can reproduce the bug and provide logs if possible

Set Player Into Closest/Random Vehicle sometimes locks the player in place

Documented in Hugo_One's streams of the mod, currently unsure as to what causes this.

Twitch Chaos - Not Being Able To Pull Up The Phone In Game - Game Crashes When Loading A Save File

I haven't been able to pull up the phone in game while having the mod downloaded. I don't understand why this is happening I know my up arrow button works and I checked the bind and it hasn't changed.

Also, I haven't been able to load a game while having the mod downloaded. It crashes whenever I go to do so. Strange. And Thanks for the amazing mod I appreciate yalls hard work

Can't get the .dll, nor a Visual Studio Solution without any errors

Might be just me, but if I clone the rep, I get a missing ScriptHookDotNet in Assemblys, can't add .asi files there, can't find the .dll used in this either. If I add AdvancedHook, I can use that but that only makes it possible for me to add own code, the existing code ain't fixed by that and there are 496 errors unfortunately

.NET scripthook install links are all outdated and i know they WONT work with CE

I went looking for .NET Scripthook to use with the chaos mod, but all the install links are pre-CE-Patch, is there any up to date .NET Scripthook mod, oh and btw was this inspired by not only the other chaos mods for III, VC, and SA. Was this inspired by pongo1231's gta 5 chaos mod
