Compile error on libnuma-sys version v0.0.9

Hi, I got a compile error on libnuma-sys version v0.0.9:

error: failed to run custom build command for `libnuma-sys v0.0.9`

Caused by:

However, the libnuma-sys version v0.0.4 compiles, so does the libnuma v0.0.4, the one published at crates.io

Linking with libnuma fails

Linking does not succeed. Use of function 'mbind' results in:

undefined reference to mbind

This package may need to have a build script. See here and here.
