Issue description: When attempting to press the dashboard and logout icons, it will not go to dashboard and logout. Only the text dashboard and logout is functioning.

Steps:

Open the app and navigate to the login page.
Log in with valid credentials.
Once logged in, it redirects to the dashboard page.
In the dashboard, locate the "equipment" and "logs" section.
Click on the either "View All", "View Skus", "Workstations", "Networking", "CCTVs", "Furniture", "Sku Logs" and "Item Logs" option within the "equipment" and "logs section.
Click the "menu button located in the left side and kindly click the dashboard icon and logout icon.
Notice that the page is not heading back to dashboard and logout the account and back to login page.

Issue description: The "Dashboard" and "Logout" Text is not centered in the menu bar.

Steps:

Open the app and navigate to the login page.
Log in with valid credentials.
Once logged in, it redirects to the dashboard page.
In the dashboard, locate the "equipment" and "logs" section.

Issue description: When attempting to add an item from the "equipment" section in the dashboard after logging into the app, a buggy activity indicator appears, and the page does not transition to the "add item" page.

Steps:

1. Open the app and navigate to the login page.
2. Log in with valid credentials.
3. Once logged in, it redirects to thr dashboafd page.
4. In the dashboard, locate the "equipment" section.
5. Click on the "add item" option within the "equipment" section.
6. Observe the appearance of a buggy activity in indicator.
7. Notice that the page is stuck with the buggy activity indicator in the "add item" button and does not redirect/transition/occur to that page.

Deploy to Github Pages

While typing all the inputfields in the register page, I noticed that I cannot scroll up to see the inputs in the area of password and confirm password. I have to manually minimize the mobile keyboard to see the inputs inside.
