Task summary (no. 20)

  • M scientists needs to work on N papers.
  • The 2D maxtrix L defines whether a scientist can work on a paper.
  • Each paper requires at least K scientists.
  • Minimize the number of papers worked on by any given scientists.

  • Line i+1 (i: 1->N): q_i L[i] (q_i is length of L[i])
