It would be great to be able to pass an optional default parameter for the API calls so that I can have my default value of choice returned in the event of an error message being returned from Freshdesk (e.g., I call for all tickets submitted by a user, but the user has none, so the client returns my default value to me instead of Freshdesk's error message). As someone pointed out to me, this would mimic the behavior of 'fetch' for Ruby hashes.
