1. All fields should be cleared after a fund is successfully added.
2. When the "Add" button has focus, the user should be able to hit the Enter key instead of having to use the mouse.

Very good start on Contribution Frame!!

Suggestions to be implemented by Friday, Nov 10
Combo box by Amount should list Check, Currency, Coin, ACH in that order (and still default to Check)

• Instead of of a "Main" tabbed frame, just let ContributionFrame be the main frame and attempt to make the buttons at the top "look like" tabs

• Remove the Main Menu button

• Implement Donors and Funds buttons (Switch to the appropriate frame and those frames will have the same buttons/tabs at the top.

• Focus on Fund combo box when tabbing out of Amount text field

1. Remove unnecessary buttons at top.
2. Make jTable wider and taller.
3. Re-arrange text fields similar to ContributionFrame.
4. Fix tab order issues.
5. When the user tabs into the City field, the entire selection should be highlighted so that if Wichita Falls is not the donor's city, the user can start typing in the correct city instead of having to use the backspace key.
6. Either have a drop=down of state postal codes or limit entry in the State text field to 2 characters.
7. Mail preference field is still not visible.
8. Reset button doesn't work.
9. All text fields (except those that default) should be cleared after a successful Add.
10. The jTable should show a scroll bar.

1. Fund field should default to General.
2. Place initial focus on Envelope ID field instead of Date.
3. When the user tabs out of the Envelope Number field, focus should be on Fund (not the Name field which is never editable).
4. When the user tabs into the Fund field, the entire entry should be highlighted and the user should be able to type the first few letters of the desired fund (sch, for example) and the correct entry should appear.
5. Fund field needs to be lengthened so that longest fund name (Youth Fundraisers right now) is entirely visible.

I can't login to any server besides griffincomplaints. Have you tried any other server?

Suggestions to be implemented by Friday, Nov 10

• Give buttons and Combo Boxes better variable names.
• Remove "Sort by" button. The table can be sorted by clicking on a column title, so no need for that button
• Remove Search button. I will just sort on a column and scroll til I find what I'm looking for
• Frame should come up full screen.
• Move table to top and Labels/Text Fields/Buttons below the table. Pattern after Contribution Frame.
  If we can get by with one set of text fields (instead of separate ones for add and edit/delete) that will be great!

I haven't pulled your code, but I looked at it and have a couple of comments.

1. I want the user to be able to connect to either money database (on cs2 or griffincomplaints). You can default the database name to money and default the server name to griffincomplaints, but those fields should be editable.

2. I think the connection should be established (if possible) and then the connection object should be passed to the other frames, don't you, @cotyhamilton?

This needs labels and text fields below the table.
The buttons for Add, Edit, Delete need to be below the table.
No Search button is necessary (at this point).

New donor name is not correctly inserted into the DB

The order of attributes as they appear in the jTable (along with column names) are:
ID, Date, Envelope Number, Amount, Fund, Type, Note

For the GUI text fields, move Date to first text field and move Fund above Amount.
Table cells need to be editable.
Be able to sort table on a column by clicking the column title.
Amount in table should always display 2 decimal places
