Github All Cats is a Google chrome extension that adds a button to toggle showing github usernames or randomly chosen adjectives and cat names. This lets you anonymize other github users and makes you judge their code and not their name or looks.

Based on github-real-names, but does quite the opposite.

Don't change own name

Maybe you yourself shouldn't become a cat.

Large avatar image on profile pages is not replaced

Viewing the profile page of a user shows the avatar they've set, and doesn't replace it with one of the images bundled in the extension.

Perhaps this is due to a recent change.

Obscure or block user pages

I mean, if you really want to, you can just disable the extension, but maybe it should be a bit harder to view user profiles.

Contact info gets replaced even when extension is disabled

Icon

This should get a cool icon. Like a censored cat or something.

Add images

Profile pictures should be replaced with a photo of the respective cat.

Make names more persistent

Names should be at least session-persistent so you don't loose track of who is who
