We have previous and next links in the workshop pullout navigation. I'm not sure these make sense when there are only 2 workshops?

Source should be committed, but shouldn't be required in production request, particularly as the compiled CSS is being committed to the project.

Possible host /sold-out.css on a different server or at least make sure it is never cached so that the sold out state of buttons can be updated easily.
