urllib2 library doesnt install for python3. Need to find a replacement to get the radio player functionality working.

If no subscription then dont bother running services dependent on it.

If the engine is busy due to a Python27 function then this is no doubt the phone module, so stop recording video and detecting motion so the phone can access camera.
Currently we use the Listen variable as an indicator, which means we cant discern when to keep recording (eg. while running a chat) and when to stop. The signalling process between Python27 and Python3 needs to be foolproof.

Rather than mic.say() errors in sendToRobotAI function we should return error in JSON to the calling function to be handled there
