bpmlover's Issues

Inconsistent

I tested a .mp3 file with a BPM of 121BPM.

TESTING WITH 10 SECOND FILE:

  • on Safari the BPM returned back as 120BPM (Out by 1 BPM).
  • on Chrome the BPM returned back as 168.4BPM (Out by 47.4BPM)

TESTING WITH 20 SECOND FILE:

  • on Safari the BPM returned back as 121.6BPM (Out by 0.6 BPM).
  • on Chrome the BPM returned back as 121BPM (Spot on)

TESTING WITH A FULL SONG - 5min46sec:

  • on Safari the BPM returned back as 120.9BPM (Out by 0.1 BPM)
  • on Chrome the BPM returned back as 120.9BPM (Out by 0.1 BPM)

I have also noticed that the BPM is different when using different formats.

Can you please tel me what the recommended length of audio file and format is to get the most accurate BPM?
