The dispatcher is currently setup like that to handle search-query deletes. This means that we can't use Ember Data's destroyRecord() method to delete records since it sets Accept to application/vnd.api+json and we receive a 404 "route not found" error from the dispatcher.
Since we can't use Ember Data we have to do some extra things to make the views properly update. It would be nice if that wasn't needed anymore.
