Layad Circuits Electronics Engineering's Projects
A project that integrates an Android App to control an 8x8 LED matrix over bluetooth. This code works with the App "LED Matrix With Aduino" from Play Store
Example Code of an Android Phone(Tab) controlled mobile robot using the Saleng Mobile Robot Shield, a bluetooth module and a 2-wheel (or 4-wheel) robot chassis.
Controlling Arduino IO pins by SMS
This is an Arduino library for the Blood Pressure sensor kit from Layad Circuits
Arduino Library for the Kimat - 7-segment display module
Kimat Digital Potentiometer Module Example Code Description: A simple demostration of how to adjust resistance. Change the value of val to adjust resistance .
Example Code to move the motor of a 2 or 4 wheel robot driven by the Kimat Mobile Robot Shield. This is meant as a first test code. It moves the robot forward, backward, left and right with certain time intervals.
example code using the Kimat One Wire Keypad. Download
An example code for the Kimat One Wire Keypad Module.
Repository for sample programs, circuit/wiring diagrams and documentation for the Kimat MOBOT shield 2 - a dual channel Mobot shield with 5A/channel drive current
This is a library for the Arduino IDE that enables communication with the Layad Circuits Kimat TV Module.
The following wiring diagram and code may be used in a 2-wheel robot to control 2 DC motors. This example turns the robot forward, backward, right then left in a loop. It is used as a base code for implementing other applications (e.g. line-follower, sumobot, obstacle-avoidance robot, or RC-robot, etc..) or as a first test code for testing the functionalities of the L293D module.
Arduino examples for the Layad Circuits Alphanumeric Keyboard
Consolidated libraries for the Arduino IDE
An example project to use an ordinary LED as a light sensor
This is a rudimentary line tracing code using the Saleng Mobile Robot Shield and 3 saleng trakcers as left, center and right sensors.
An Arduino library for driving 7 segment displays that are directly wired with one pin per LED segment
This example project uses the Layad Circuits 2WD Multi-role Robot Kit to create an "Object Following" robot. 3 ultrasonic sensors are needed. You will need 2 additional sensors as the standard kit only contain 1. The goal of the robot is to follow the object infront of it as it moves forward, left and right. The robot stops when the minimum and maximum distances are reached
Example Code of an obstacle avoidance robot using the Saleng Mobile Robot Shield, an ultrasonic sensor and a 2-wheel (or 4-wheel) robot chassis.
Example code used with the Kimat One Wire Module that demostrates use of the module without libraries.
A simple test code for the Saleng-ACS712 module. Simply upload and open the serial monitor with a baud rate of 9600
This is an Arduino library for the Saleng GSM Shield from Layad Circuits and with pin changes, may also work with any SIM900/SIM800 based baords
Example code for the Layad Circuits' Seth Gun (Serial non contact Thermometer)
A simple approach to switch debouncing via software using short delays and multiple input checks. This is not the only debounce method and neither is it the best one. However, it is very simple and should help a novice user understand how to implement a debounce algorithm on an Arduino or any microcontroller by software method.
Demo code as a basic test for the Soil Moisture Sensor. Also includes a simple relay control for soil irrigation
A simple demonstration code for a sumobot made with the following hardware: - 1x Saleng Uno (or arduino) - 1x Kimat Mobot Shield - 2x Saleng Tracker - 1x ultrasonic sensor - 1x Sharp gp2y0a21yk0f aka IR distance - 4x 9V DC motors with wheels - 3x 3.7V Li Ion Battery set in series - mechnical parts This is a demo code and should be treated as a guide in implemneting the final code. There are several other techniques and algorithms that may be implmeneted. This in particular , is a rudimentary "rotate-and-wait" method.
Example of a sumobot using a single ultrasonic sensor and 2 saleng trackers with the Kimat MOBOT shield as driver
